Very helpful, highly recommended

We applied, with us as guarantors, for our son's first mortgage. He has been self-employed for around three years. Our mortgage advisor, Rose, was very approachable and friendly and so helpful, guiding us through the various options and generally being there to support us through the process, whenever we called her, or calling to update us as we progressed through the rpocess. Such a welcome change from the anonymous call centre approach used by so many others. Our son is now the proud owner of his first home, and is so appreciative of the help he was given by Rose and her colleagues. We have no hesitation in recommending Newbury Building Society.
