Lovely people, despite some errors

Staff at the desk were extremely helpful, but there were two delays in the process. I was told to come back in 7 days, and had to wait 10...and then on day 10 the computer systems failed, causing another delay. That said, this was all handled with the charm and politeness which I have come to expect from the Newbury. Reviewed on: 28th January 2022
