Excellent. On arrival for my appointment I was greeted with a smile by the lady behind the screen. I was asked my name, asked to take a sit, Michelle arrived promptly and I was given a choice of seats in a room that was well ventilated. Michelle listened to what I had in mind. Then she discussed products which suited my needs, with no confusing jargon. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Both moved existing mortgage and repaid an one part.

We recently moved home so ported one of our mortgage products and paid off another. NBS combine friendly, local F2F access (the Winchester staff know us personally) with named SME contact via the telephone at HQ. We have built a direct relationship with Lisa Wedge over the years but recognise her role has changed but the level of service has not declines as a result. The only inhibitor with the service is that as non-clearing institution transactions can take longer so some people may miss the technology. However, we achieve the correct balance with the personal touch and systems based transactions. Reviewed on: 10th January 2022
