Friendly and courteous staff

Whenever I visit the Hungerford branch everybody is so cheerful and helpful . Pauline was very helpful when I wanted to open another account and didn't realise I should have made an appointment - excellent service as I have been refused such a transaction elsewhere when I hadn't pre booked . NBS were not offering a Fixed rate mortgage which is very disappointing as I have been a mortgage customer for 5 years. I ended up going to my Bank who helped me with a fixed rate mortgage NBS are not competitive and need to look at this
