Professional and Friendly

Starting with the phone call I made, I was given all the details about the savings accounts in a clear fashion. My visit to the branch enabled me to open the three accounts I wanted, which all carried very competitive rates of interest. Excellent customer service, very helpful and efficient.

Got a a phone call and email to say we needed to change our Mortgage Product and it will save us money too which was nice to hear. All sorted fast and efficiently, everything explained thoroughly.
