Great service

Flexible, accessible and helpful

As a 70 year old, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an interest-only mortgage for three years, during a period of marital upheaval. The Newbury was open and flexible about the options. When redeeming the mortgage, they were flexible about allowing this to happen a few weeks early so as to fit with the Government's stamp duty holiday, by waiving the early redemption penalty, this saving me several thousand pounds. It was always possible to speak to them without having to wait too long on the phone, thereby making discussion of options easy. Very good service overall. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2021

First class service... again

This is the second time we have organised our mortgage with the Newbury. The service was excellent and always with our best interests at heart. Most importantly, everything is done by Humans so things are considered on a real-world case by case basis. There's no blanket "computer says no" approach here. Things are talked through in a sensible and practical way so all relevant information is taken on board. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2021

Completely Hassle free
