The support provided has been exemplary in all areas

We have very little cause to contact Newbury Building Society because our mortgage has always run well. When we recently made an overpayment enquiry, it was refreshing to have someone answer the phone promptly and deal with our enquiry swiftly with confirmation received by post the next day. Cannot fault the service. Reviewed on: 18th October 2021

Simple straightforward banking. Just as it should be.

I recently opened up a couple of Savings accounts with the Newbury. The service was a refreshing change, simple, quick, professional, & straightforward. Every time I deal with the Newbury my faith the banking section is restored a bit more. Reviewed on: 15th October 2021

Introduction to new savings account.

Gladys was excellent at explaining all aspects of the new account to me from what the investment limits were through to the withdrawal limits. As well as other products on offer.
