Opening new savings account

I went into the branch in Abingdon and although I didn’t have an appointment was told if I could come back in an hour I could see someone to open a new account.. I had a phone call within the hour saying person I needed to see was now available if I’d like to come in., The whole process was dealt with very professionally by Samantha James who was very informative of the account I opened.. the savings book arrived a few days later and I’m now ready to start my savings. All in all very straight forward experience and the staff in the Abingdon branch are very friendly. Reviewed on: 15th October 2021

Excellent service

Opened a savings account online. Being stupid, I did not understand a part of the process. Phoned for help. Call answered immediately. A charming person was extremely helpful and knowledgable and explained what I needed to do. The whole process took no more than a few minutes. If only more concerns were this efficient.
