Fantastic Service

I applied for an advance on my mortgage and was dealt with by Angela Bradhsaw. I can honestly say from start to finish she was wonderful. Friendly and extremely patient with me when explaining the different mortgage products. Once I had made my decision, she was quick and efficient in getting all the relevant paperwork to me. Any queries I emailed to her were responded to quickly. Newbury worked within their quoted turnaround times and the whole process went smoothly. Can't fault them. Newbury Building Society provided a great service to us. kept us abreast of interest rate rises na generally communicated very well. Their staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Firstly I didn’t expect to have a conversation about my savings on the day I went into the Newbury but was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an appointment. The advisor was very informative and covered everything I needed to know to make an informed decision about my savings. The advice was given in a clear concise manner.
