Overall, good mortgage product and customer service

Welcome to see that the Bank of England rate increases were not passed fully on to clients. Redemption of mortgage went through smoothly although the initial response to our Solicitor took a while and had to be chased. Overall, pleased with the service. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Excellent in branch appointment

Hazel was excellent in terms of explaining and setting up two junior ISAs for my children. Really accommodating to have them in her office too! Will definitely recommend Newbury Building Society to others. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
