Good customer service

I opened a new savings account with my wife, it was very easy to do and the lady explained everything to us, she was friendly but professional and we came away feeling happy with the service we was provided. A lovely building society Reviewed on: 21st July 2023

First class customer service, friendly, efficient and professional.

From walking in off the street to having my account transferred to 2 improved accounts of my choice, all completed within an hour - fantastic! The staff at the Newbury branch were very accommodating providing a friendly, efficient and professional customer focused service. Hazel Parker was outstanding, a credit to NBS! Not the best for interest on savings but lovely people to deal with

The title above says it all! Been a customer for nearly 50 years now! The only reason we really cannot recommend you to family or friends is that you only serve the Reading/Wokingham area and everyone we know lives much further away. Reviewed on: 21st July 2023
