Outstanding personal service

An organisation that remembers that personal service is fundamental to a successful business. My calls were answered by courteous and competent people after one or two rings - Not one of the people I interacted with was working from home. The whole experience was pleasant and fruitful. Excellent advice and service

We applied for a mortgage and had a telephone interview. Comprehensive analysis of our needs and financial position and a recommendation for the type of mortgage which best suited our needs. I could not fault the interview and the follow up service. Reviewed on: 11th July 2023
