Very impressed with the service so far-I hope it continues at this level

I have been contacted by telephone by Staceu Kemp who was very helpful and arranged to send me a Savings Pack at my request together with a couple of freepost envelopes for future deposits . It was good to be able to actualy speak with a member of staff rather than having to rely on the dreaded email system Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

Excellent service

We have been able to overpay our mortgage over the last couple of years and finally made a last payment in May. Throughout, Linda Kite was my contact by phone and provided information clearly and promptly to enable me to make decisions. It was so good to have the confidence in her knowledge and service which made the process straightforward. It’s a big thing to send all your savings off!
