Simple yet secure.

Given what my bank was offering in interest on my savings account after some research decided to open an online savings account with the Newbury Building society. Their rates were competitive without having to commit to a fixed period of time. The application was simple yet reassuringly secure in its process online. Reviewed on: 9th June 2023

Why is it so hard to save?

Four members of staff (visible) in branch, no customers, other than ourselves, and we enquire about opening an ISA, we were advised that an appointment should be booked, but they would process it there and then (almost inferring that they were doing us a favour)!
