A New High Interest Bond Account

I've had an existing members account for many years, and recently received an email telling me there was a new bond available for existing members only. The interest rate is exceptionally good. Opening the account was extremely straighforward, except I was slightly confused by the request for bank details even though I could only use money from the existing account and it seemed that the money would come from the bank account I'd just given. I had to go back the following day to work out how to transfer the money from my existing account. Apart from that easy stuff. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

Excellent customer service

Whilst there were administrative difficulties in completing our mortgage, these did not relate to the customer service we received from the individuals we were dealing with. Throughout the remortgaging process, we were impressed with the knowledge, can-do, attitude, and efficiency of Jill Bennett, who was our lead point of contact. Many thanks, Jill.
