Excellent quick and efficient service

Because I was not able to visit our local branch due to illness, my husband delivered my form for a new ISA. This was immediately dealt with and the very next day I received confirmation by post that the transaction had been done. Reviewed on: 14th May 2023

Very friendly customer service but slow times

I've had a great experience dealing with Newbury customer service, everyone is very friendly and I recieved a surprised house warming gift at my new home. It was a really lovely gesture. They were also able to offer me a mortgage when not many were able to in my situation. The only downside is that they can have slow response times so I was waiting about 2 weeks between communications to sort everything out. They were aware of the slow times and did apologise, I think they were overwhelmed at the time due to the market crisis. Thank you for helping me get my own home in difficult circumstances!
