Great first experience

I choose Newbury for my first ever mortgage for shared ownership property. They were very professional, polite great communication, helpful and also act promptly. I am very pleased with the great! Generally a smooth transaction

This was a remortgage on an existing house, it all went pretty smoothly. The only issue we had was that we had to request the previous mortgage statement whilst on holiday, and then get paperwork signed and back within a really short period which was during bank holidays when there was no post. Would have been good to have got confirmation it had got there in time. We received a hamper in the post after the transaction was completed which was a nice touch, although we hadn't actually moved in to a new house! Reviewed on: 6th May 2023

Very Satisfied

Friendly staff member who opened our account(s). Holly is very knowledgeable regarding all the types of accounts and information she gave. Explained how long the whole process would take.. Good service

We got a good deal, and had great customer service. We were using some of the proceeds from our remortgage to buy a second property, and needed a rapid completion on the remortgage. Your team made this happen with very short notice. Reviewed on: 6th May 2023
