Good and helpful experience by your friendly people

i went into the Newbury branch of the society initially to update something that was well overdue and that was to change my address on 2 accounts that i have had for years, also to update my books for the last three years interest. Your staff were so friendly and helpful. The lady pointed out to me that one of the accounts was a square deal isa and if i made my pound balance unto and over 50 pounds i could achieve one of your societies best interest rates. She also asked if there was anything you could do for me, i said having just got my pension i was looking for an account that would give monthly interest, she pointed me to your senior saver i went to Wetherspoons and pondered on it over breakfast. Then i immediately came back that day and opened my third account with you. Reviewed on: 9th May 2023

Great experience

It was welcoming from the start to the end. We were actively encouraged to participate in selecting and opening our account. I was surprised to see chairs at a counter, the first time I had saw that. Reviewed on: 9th May 2023

Friendly, easy process

Too slow and complicated

It took me three weeks to open an online savings account with many different things to do to finally be able to transfer money. Far too complicated compared to other other savings options elsewhere. Reviewed on: 7th May 2023
