Refreshing experience

Called in on spec with a query on opening an account. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Stacy was available to help us even though we had not made an appointment and shortly after we were new signed up members of the NBS. Reviewed on: 26th April 2023

We've been really happy with the mortgage product and service we've received from Newbury Building Society over the years. It's really easy to speak to real people and get the information needed first time of asking.
