Opened a savings account today . Justine was fabulous, she explained all my options very clearly, she gave me some great advice.and made me feel like a welcomed customer which can be very rare these days. Great products, wonderful staff

I only needed a small mortgage and for a short period of time, nonetheless, I was treated as a special and treasured customer. The offers were very competitive and locally the Newbury Building Society has a very solid reputation. My mortgage broker was clear they are an honest and reputable company to do business with. I was thrilled with the personal customer service, I was not just a number. The staff were thoughtful, friendly, personable and efficient. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2023

Easy, friendly and effective!

Opened a new ISA in branch and the lady serving me was very efficient and all was explained and done easily. With a good interest rate too why would i go anywhere else? Reviewed on: 21st April 2023

Super pleased and uplifted by the service I received!

If it is possible to enjoy an appointment to open a savings account, I definitely did. Sarah Jones who I spoke to was so friendly, engaging and really helpful. I came out feeling like I had made absolutely the right choice and that I understood how my savings were going to work. All information was clear and well-advised. Though I knew little about the building society before, I feel much better acquainted with it now and hold it in high regard already. Reviewed on: 21st April 2023
