Highly recommended

I have recommended Freetrade to so many people! Their customer service is helpful, their app looks great and is simple to use (plus witty stock descriptions). When they had issues as many brokers did around the time of the surge of interest in GameStop they were really open and transparent with their users, turning around a workaround overnight AND offering refunds to premium members for the disruption in service. I, like many others, turned down the refund offer because they are a great company and we want to support what they do and the service they offer. When a company works hard to provide a service and does it successfully & seamlessly 99% of the time... when inevitably something unexpected comes along customers will judged them by how they act in those times. While other brokers started with denials and got defensive, Freetrade did the most to communicate the issues openly and in real time as well as working on resolving them with amazing speed. A company that works that hard for my business and to honour their commitments to their customers... that is the kind of company I will stick with and support. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

A delight

Using Freetrade is a delight, the app has excellent flow and all the information you could want it easy to find and exactly where you need it. Customer service is responsive and they have a forum community that is active, helpful and friendly. Buying and selling shares on the app is as simple as could be and offers a hassle-free, seamless experience. Stock trading seems like such an a convoluted and archaic industry but the Freetrade app has created a trading platform whose clean design ‘hides the wiring’ to offer a delightfully simple and straightforward user-experience.
