Not trust expected

The company concentrated more on emojis and social media chumminess than the key responsibilities of a fintech company. They relied on AI to anser questions and when a human did help they did not understand the question and relied on me to prove what I was seeing when it was obvious in my account. I have work for several companies in the financial services and this experiences rates as the poorest I have come across personally and professionally. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021
