One of the best payment providers out there, but

Generally good, the addition of cards meaning payment can be made anywhere is handy. Only lost marks as they never seem to reevaluate your situation and the credit limit is fairly useless with the only solution being to apparently close my account and wait 30 days. To much hassle so they just don’t get any big purchases. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

App is useful and great to see the various rates, have used them several times, never had a problem when settling a loan or obtaining a new one so never had a need to speak to anyone. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Effortless

Never had to contact them, which is nice. Had one loan with them then after 6 months or so you can be eligible again. The app tells you this and the rate you would get. I was able to drop my APR and get some more cash with an APR more in line with some of the best bank rates and no early repayment / over payments charges. That would allow me to pay the same as the previous loan, complete a month earlier and pocket around 500 quid on top. Can't really complain can I? Reviewed on: 16th February 2021
