Poor customer service

Customer service experience at castle street branch is poor. You are minet/passbook not a person/loyal customer After banking with this building society for over 30 years their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I appreciate the rules on safety guidance and today waited outside the branch waiting to be called in. The cashier beckoned me in. As I entered the cashier next to her shouted at me that there were too many people in and to go back outside and wait. At this point I walked off not making my deposit. What poor customer service. In normal times I go into the branch on a monthly basis and the cashiers never express pleasantries, yet santander down the road always great with a smile, ask how we are and even know mum is always with me and ask after her if she isn't and they only see me once a month, how different customer service is perceived by banks.
