Account Frozen For 2 Months

Revolut froze my account without advising they would do so because the account was flagged for review. I understand that these facilities may need to double check accounts to ensure there is no money laundering etc., but the customer service has been ridiculous. I have been ignored, then finally responded to after finally having to reach out on messenger, then going round in circles with various customer service reps asking for the same documentation over and over again with no resolution. I first submitted the first requested documents on the 7th January. It is now the 22nd February and my account is still frozen. I have submitted literally dozens of documents, many of them multiple times, to various different customer service reps, who clearly have not read through nor analysed any of the previous submissions or chat thread. I have nearly £10k trapped in the account at the moment. Absolutely appalling. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021
