...considering it was all done online....it was amazing

Thanks very much to Ratesetter, they are very easy to do business with, and as we set up our loan online it is was so very easy. I'm not joking, I could not believe how easy it was to do business with them. First class. In addition a few months later I need to change the DD date, the guy I spoke to sorted it out and gave me all the options. Again great customer service. Actually I'm usually very sceptical about customer service, but these guys have done a great job. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
