I would never go anywhere else for a loan.

Not like any other loan provider

I have had numerous loans with Ratesetter for many years. The interest rates are one of the lowest in the industry, but the main reason I always use Ratesetter is the amazing customer service team there. When I was struggling to pay the monthly installments at one point I received a phone call from them. There were no demands that I pay. They just wanted me to know that I shouldn't worry and that they would make adjustments to help me through my difficult financial period. They are amazing and I would, and have, recommended them to many of my friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th June 2020

Always friendly, compassionate and helpful.

I have had a number of loans with Ratesetter and each one has been a great experience. Even when I struggled with repayments for a few months on one loan, I had no penalties. No nasty phone calls. Just a lovely lady telling me not to worry and asking if they could help in any way. But it was only a blip and sorted out very quickly. They are amazing people.
