excellent

I took out a loan a few months ago,with no hassle.i recently received an email from ratesetter,saying I could add to my current loan,if I wished.i took them up on the offer.I had problems logging in,phoned ratesetter,and received great service,no waiting while the automated service kicked in.straight through to a human being.Had to phone back,and got the problem sorted.Excellent , helpful service.
