Best Loan Service, best rates!

I completed the loan application online - I basically chose Ratesetter because their interest rates were the lowest around . The following day I received a friendly personal call from Ratesetter. I confirmed a few details including the reason for the loan. The member of staff was really friendly yet efficient. It was explained that they just wanted to know a few details. At then end of the phone call, I was advised that my request would be approved and all the details would be sent to me. By the end of the week the money I received my documents and the loan was approved. The customer service is really excellent, the rates are spot on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ratesetter to anyone. Should I want another loan I will approach Ratesetter over any other company. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
