Brilliant customer care

I took out a loan with ratsetter and with out any hesitation. Also with it being my first loan the fixed Apr was great at 18.5% compared to other company's aswell as my bank. I then had enough money to pay the loan off early, all it took was a simple phone call and some online comformation and it was paied off there and then.
