Helpful and Easy to Understand

User friendly website, everything is clearly set out so that it is easy to understand. Quick and painless process to apply for a loan and ongoing customer care is fantastic. Helpful quarterly updates on where you are up to with your loan are, again, set out in a clear and concise manner and automatically sent to you. I would definitely recommend Zopa.
