Transparent lender, with customer excellence evident at all times.

Required a loan for home improvements. Researched appropriate lenders . So glad I have chosen Zopa. The process was simple , the fine planning of coordinating payment plan was flexible. There is a consistency of customer engagement . Loan rates very reasonable . As close as a customer can get to a credit union for values and ethics. In the open financial services market .
