Been using PayPal for years, great customer service...

Been using PayPal for years, great customer service and value foe money. I've only had one issue over the years and thay was buying a phone, I chose monthly but it came out my bank at £1400 which I didn't have obviously. When I rung up they wouldn't help because my Default payment method wasn't set correctly on PayPal end? Even though I went through the correct process and chose monthly payments and accepted the terms. Which I still dont understand. But all the years that's the only problem and they are normal very helpful and polite. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026
