My Ratesetter Experience

I recently jus let finiahed off paying my Ratesetter loan over a two year period. Getting the loan was so simple and customer service were amazing in helping me choose the right loan for me. Interest was one of the lowest I have seen! There was one month where I was unaware that my account was in overdraft around the time when a payment was due. I received a call from a Ratesetter memeber of staff as they could not collect the payment and instead of charging further interest the person I spoke to was so helpful and understanding and we arrange another date to which they could take the payment. Customer service at Ratesetter is one other than the best, this company is truly outstanding! So if you want a loan, Ratesetter is the place to go! Reviewed on: 30th June 2017
