Excellent service

There's is hardly ever any planned maintenance disruption that limits the use of my account. The customer service that I receive is excellent and my query is always dealt with easily with no hasstle. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friend's. The only issue that I have is that they charge £0.60 each time you do a transfer. If they could implement something like a one off charge where they charge on your first transfer and then nothing for the rest of the transfers you make for that day would be something awesome.
