Saving while not noticing! Brilliant!

I joined Chip around its inception and took to it like a duck to water. I started using it to save for my annual car and home insurance using its goals function. My thinking was, why pay the additional interest on the insurances monthly installs when you can pay the annual bill off in one using a credit card, then clear that with Chip savings. My credit card gives me rewards &/or cashback on purchases, then I clear the balance in one using my savings in Chip! A double win! Chip saves discreetly and you really won't notice it syphoning funds from your account except when things get tight at the end of a month. You can pause savings entirely, reduce its savings % or set a no savings below £XXX balance of your choice. During this year's lockdown, I set up it's payday put away and set it on its highest savings setting. I've saved enough to treat my wife with a nice gift on her 40th, apsy my normal insurance policies and have a nice chunk left over! All in, it's flexible, doesn't get in the way and works a charm.
