Expensive

Expensive and the e mails received to check my new rates was misleading. I followed a link and had a hard search performed although it was suggested soft search. Ended up inadvertantly applying for a loan to see my Apr. I had to cancel immediately after realising which caused a drop in my credit rating. E mail and web link should have been clearer. Advice is Go with someone else and stay clear. Reviewed on: 1st July 2017
