Best Bank In My Opinion

5
Absolutely love Monzo! Easy to set up an account, quick delivery of the debit card and payments back to the card clear faster than any bank I have ever banked with. Customer service is second to none and the community is very friendly. Definitely a convert here! Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Not Great!

I've had warranties with D&G for a few of my appliances and I pay monthly via Direct Debit. However, my DD failed twice and I only found out when I had a letter demanding the full price of £270-odd. I had no correspondence before this. Has I known after the first DD failed, I would have rectified this. It also takes ages for anyone to answer emails or messages. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

So Easy To Set Up!

I've made it my mission this year to try and save as much as possible but I wanted a separate account so that I could separate my day-to-day expenses from my savings. I've been with Halifax since I was 15 so they seemed the most obvious choice. I opted for the Online Saver because I didn't need my account to have a card associated with it. With the Online Saver everything is done online. You simply transfer money from one of your other accounts to the savings one. Setting the ... Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
