Paypal resolution centre works quite well, even thou...

Paypal resolution centre works quite well, even though you don't really get a human response. It takes quite a long time to get a resolution sometimes, but generally the customer service and resolution centre works without fault. You can use it to take payments for business accounts although the fees are a little higher than necessary. You can open a business account with a bank or credit card instead for free. I would like if PayPal could invent taking card payments via NFC on my mobile! Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Understandable, Manageable and Fair

I had taken a loan out with Zopa to purchase a car and pay the 1st year insurance upfront. The APR was fair-good for my credit rating. I paid direct debit evry month. The app is clear and easy to understand. I never had one problem. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2022
