Building Society - V - High Street Banks

Throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, we were continually advised by the Dudley Building Society as to their necessary changes in service in order to avoid fruitless visits. As usual, all business was conducted within a friendly professional atmosphere with little interruption to their normal excellent service. This sort of service is alien to my High Street bank.
