Took out a policy in January 2017 and when we were due to move I tried to change address online as one of the customer service advisors told me to do (if they did it I would be charged) I was unable to do this ad rung back only to be told that there was a fault on the account, to cut a long story short I had to open a new policy. Trying to get a refund that was owed to me took me 5+ phone calls and I ended up cancelling the new policy. The refund was finally paid, but I'm still waiting after 8 working days for the recent refund. I was told that it would be refunded in the normal 3 to 5 working days to be them told when I rung to complain that is now 7 to 10 days !! Lied to and messed around. Do not take out a policy with these people. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017
