The most human bank you can imagine, despite no branches

I have been using Monzo for 3 years - since being away for a weekend with friends and seeing how easy it was to manage money. Despite having no branches I have always had really quick and helpful response from real people whenever I've needed it, including near midnight whilst abroad and having a card payment issue in an airport-bound taxi. 11/10, happily recommend.
