Efficient, beautifully simple and... Just works!

On the very, very rare occasions I've had to contact Monzo customer support over the past few years since joining as a beta customer they've been insanely efficient and easy to get hold of. My car has always just worked as and when I need it, and the UI of the app has always been spot on. They've blown legacy banks out of the water, just as I always believed they would!
