There is always a quick response

I was with a bank for many years and found it increasingly difficult to contact them. I changed fully to Monzo last year as if there is ever a need to contact them, they respond very quickly. I travel a lot and feel reassured that if I have any issues they will always be available to help. I feel that I have complete control of my account with the app. Delighted that I took the leap to change. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
