Easy and simple to use

I’ve never visited an office, never had to stand in line, if I had issues it got resolved over chat or a phone call (and they got back to me), I can transfer money to my foreign accounts easily in-app, I get notifications if my spend in real-time, I can create money buckets which helps me allocate my cash easily. Almost all of which I mentioned above is absent in every mainstream British bank. Therefore I think Monzo is the best bank in the UK Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
