Amazing service from Monzo

I wouldn’t usually take the time to write a review, however, since I opened my account with Monzo I have been extremely impressed with the overall user experience. The app is very user friendly and the different pots make it super easy to budget, whenever I’ve had any issues the customer service team have come back instantly with a resolution. I also really like that they offer Monzo plus, this offers even more benefits and it’s handy having everything in one place. Best bank I’ve used! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
