The easiest way to manage my finances!

I love how transparent it is to know what I’m spending my money on, receiving real-time notifications of what goes in and out of my account was life changing! It’s incredibly easy to see where I spent my money: where other banks show cryptic numbers, Monzo actually shows the company name and even sometimes the address. It’s really easy to find specific purchases, split a payment, categorise my transactions, etc. The only thing that isn’t as great as it used to be is the customer service, which unfortunately is to be expected when companies grow... Otherwise, it’s still much better than the old dinosaurs! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
