10/10 FANTASTIC BANK

So, I started off using a basic account. Easy to setup, easy to use. Quick delivery of a vibrant coral red card. My fiancé used Monzo and introduced me. We opened up a joint account, in the middle of national lockdowns, so easy! I upgraded my account, I have great features! Pots for saving and personalised round ups! Did I mention the stunning blue card?!. I changed my name, the advisers were so helpful, very quick to update my details, always there ready to help. I have been with 3 large mainstream banks and they have nothing on Monzo. I recommend this to all of my friends, and family! Work colleagues and anyone who listens ! You will not regret using Monzo, honestly.. I am so happy. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
