Modern platform, minimal hassle

Monzo is a progressive bank, one of the few fintech startups that went on to pioneer a much more modern way of banking. A nice-to-use, well-engineered, feature-rich app paired with good customer service replaces the need for physical branches and while the big banks have tried to play catch-up with the likes of Monzo - some being quite successful in the process - many still appear to be quite behind the times! I feel like Monzo's savings account offerings could be a little more competitive, but in the current climate I think that's barely worth mentioning. Overall, a joy to use for anyone who prefers to do things online. Top marks! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
