Changed my perception of banks

I trialled Monzo for 6-12 months and kept my "traditional" bank account through that period. I was so happy when I finally cut ties with traditional bank accounts. The customer service, the money management and the features to help understand where your money is and how you're spending it as well as the best ways to save it. I've never even considered going back to another traditional bank. And I tell everyone I know to join up. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
